A wine where attention has been paid to the smallest detail. Its secret lies in the origin of its grapes. Hundred-year-old Tempranillo vines with very low yields, harvested in small tubs and selected at the crush pad. It was aged for 24 months in barrels made of French Allier oak Intense cherry-red colour with maroon rim. Generous aroma in which ripe fruit combines harmoniously with vanilla and licorices notes of vanilla and licorice.
The palate is ample, full, round, fleshy. Long stately finish.
It matches with any kind of meat and mushrooms rice. Some tasty or oily fish such as tuna or cod. Medium-aged cheese such as emmental or gruyere.
