This wine was first made by Miguel Torres Carbó as a Valentine’s present for his wife. It is made from the Parellada grape grown in the more mountainous, cooler regions of Penedès and other vineyard areas. The off-dry style brings out the floral aromas and ripe fruit character.
Smooth and exquisitely luscious on the palate, leaving a subtle honeyed trace.
A delicious accompaniment to milder flavoured shellfish and crustaceans such as clams and spider clam, or fish in sweet sauce. Ideal with pastries.
